TPU Phone case

TPU （thermoplastic polyurethane）Phone cases are made of either normal TPU or imported bayer TPU material. Can be solid color or transparent color, have different thickness, normally 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, also have ultra thin TPU like 0.8mm thickness. TPU phone case is very flexible for installation this feature makes it commonly used in phone case industry. Anyway, TPU material has its own weakness. The most sinificant weakness is that it is easy to turn yellow after some time of using because of sun light or hand sweat. Anyway, as a fast comsuming product, it is still acceptable if it can last for like 6 months.

TPU + PC Phone Case

TPU edges plus PC back, this is another choice for users who prefer flexibility as well as duability. TPU edges are flexible for easy installation, and PC back is hard and strong for better protection, and most importantly, PC material is not easy to turn yellow compared to TPU. It is more complicated to produce this 2 in 1 phone case. Thickness includes 1.0mm, 1,5mm, 2,0mm and so on. The PC back can be made in a different effections like mirror, twilight, carbon fiber, and so on.

Biodegradable phone case

Natural material like wheat straw, cork, wood are used to make eco-friendly cases, and PLA mixed with PBAT PBS and wood powder is also widely used to make compostable cases which can be fully biodegradaded into carbon dioxide and water which do no harm to our environment.
